Processing Time
Every Golden String Inc. creation is made with meticulous attention to detail. Please allow 2–4 business days to process items currently in stock, and 3 weeks for pieces that are made-to-order or on pre-order. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.
Domestic Delivery
Golden String Inc. provides complimentary insured shipping within the U.S. through FedEx. A tracking number will be shared once your package has been dispatched.
International Delivery
We offer international shipping to a selection of countries. Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Delivery times will vary depending on the destination.
Signature Confirmation
To ensure safe delivery, all fine jewelry shipments are fully insured and will require a signature upon receipt. You may also request your package to be held for pickup at your local FedEx Station, ID required.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Return Policy
We want you to be delighted with your Golden String Inc. jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn and undamaged pieces within 7 days of delivery. All returns must include the original packaging and be in original condition.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that custom-made or modified designs (including resized or personalized pieces) are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
